Triplacorona is a free-to-play online baseball management game developed as an independent project. While access is currently free, premium plans or optional paid features may be introduced in the future. The game is intended for users who can form binding agreements under applicable law.

2. Beta Version & Availability

Triplacorona is currently in early access (beta). Features, gameplay elements, and performance may change at any time. Temporary downtime, maintenance windows, data resets, or bugs may occur as the game evolves. Some features may be experimental.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account using a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

All content on Triplacorona.com — including game logic, graphics, design, and text — is owned by the game’s creator as an indie project. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any part of the site or game without prior written permission.

Triplacorona is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplacorona and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the game.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the game grows. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of Triplacorona after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
